Chambery Airport is ideally positioned for the ski resorts in the Tarentaise, Paradiski and Three Valleys (Trois Vallees), with transfers times from Chambery of between 1 to 2 hours only.

Chambery Airport itself is located outside the town of Chambery, so also suffers much less with traffic than do more centrally located airports such as Geneva, making Chambery transfers quicker and easier.
